  • The wheel head spindle is supported by a hydrodynamic hydrostatic complex system ,ensuring an optional stability.
  • X, Z-axis slide ways are lubricated by a hydrodynamic hydrostatic complex lubrication system, making X, Z-axis movement smoother and more stable.
  • X, Z-axis slide ways are coated with Turcite-B wear-resistance media.
  • Choice of CNC controllers: Fanuc or Siemens.
  • Automatic outside diameter measuring device on machine provides measurement for roll shape and circularity.
